We accept files in the following native file formats PC or MAC.

acceptable formats: Illustrator, Freehand, Pagemaker, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat and EPS.

unacceptable formats: corell draw, publisher, word or similar programs
>> it is fine to submit those file formats as a guide but not as final art.

In general, here is the story.

>> fonts - include or convert to paths.
>> graphics - embed or convert to .eps.
>> if the graphics do not print properly on your system they are not likely to on our system either.

ADOBE PDF: Properly created PDF files are the best method to handle art.
It will easily handle all known issues. Go to Adobe.com for details.

Fonts: include the font in your upload OR convert them to paths.

Graphics: include the font in your upload OR embed them in your document

Special Effects: special effects must be saved in .EPS or .tif format and place in your document. It is always best to save any document containing effects as a .eps file or flat .psd file.

Color: all documents must be CMYK. Files saved as with the RGB color profile will print darker than you expect and will likely not print on any device other than a copier, ink jet or laser printer.

Document Marks: Do not create your own crop marks using guides or the like; let our RIP software handle it!
