Estate Chardonnay 2002

Aged in new French oak barrels. Our winemaker has aimed for balance, finesse and a non-overpowering oak experience. The vanilla and toasty oak lead to further complexity with subtle flavors of apples and butter. A definitive and satisfying finish. Gold Medal Winner!!!

Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2002

Plunge into the depths of the king of wines. What a great example of the varietal! This big and soft wine follows through with cassis, coffee, cherries and cedar with a hint of chocolate. It is balanced, complex, and very significant, largely in the Bordeaux-style with a measure of "Napa."

Estate Cabernet - Merlot 2002

The flavors of cassis, plums and berries are met with black cherries. Further complexity is enhanced with spicy, earthy notes. This wine gracefully proclaims "elegance." This blend is balanced, complex, and "big" yet soft.

Unoaked

Unencumbered by oak, our winemaker has allowed this Chardonnay to show it's naturally occuring flavors of nectarine and ripe lemons with slight floral notes. A balanced and smlooth finish. Very approachable and friendly.
