1. What is Noble Vintages’ guarantee on its wines and labels?
No ifs, ands or buts. If you are not totally satisfied with any Noble Vintages wine or label, just call or write for a full credit, refund or exchange on any unopened bottles. You may call Customer Service between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p m., EST, Monday through Saturday at 888-331-9463 or send an e-mail to us by selecting the contact button on the lower button bar.

2. How have Noble Vintages individualized wines been used by its customers?
Noble Vintages wines can only be purchased direct from our winery. A substantial portion of the resulting cost savings is passed on to our customers. Priced at 20-30% below retail prices for comparable wines, Noble Vintages is an excellent value. Indeed, many of our best customers purchase our wines for their own consumption, often adding “Bottled especially for the wine cellar of (their name)” to the personalized label. Beyond their own consumption, our customers, including individuals, businesses and charitable and educational institutions, utilize our personalized, custom and commemorative labels for a wide range of gifts, keepsakes, tributes and favors celebrating all major occasions and events. Our wines are also used extensively for customer retention, promotional and marketing purposes, fund raising and for many other objectives.

3. What is the charge for your individualized labels?
Noble Vintages provides free personalization on all orders of one case (12 bottles) or more, Most other wineries charge from $40 to $100 per case for personalization. Personalization will be provided on orders of less than one case at a price of $3.33 a bottle. Personalization consists of three lines of your personal message (with a limit of 45 characters per line) on our existing label designed specifically for personalization. We can often add a design element such as a logo or photograph to our personalized label, at no additional charge (most wineries charge a set-up fee of $40-$50 per case), although frequently such design elements are better suited for custom labels, designed specifically for you. There is a one-time set up and design fee of between $25-$50 to create a custom label. Our sales representatives will be happy to discuss the various alternatives with you. Noble Vintages creates and offers various wines bearing commemorative labels, the price of which includes the label. Commemorative labels created at our customers’ requests are treated as custom labels.

4. What is the minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount, although there is a charge of $3.33 for each personalized label on all orders of less than one case.

5. Where is Noble Vintages winery and can I visit?
The winery is located at Woodbury Vineyards in Fredonia, New York, just five minutes from the New York Thruway (I-90), Exit 59 between Buffalo, New York & Erie, Pennsylvania. From Exit 59 turn left on Rt. 60, then turn left on Rt. 20. Next turn right on South Roberts Road. Then follow the signs to the winery. If you are arriving from the north from the New York Thruway (I-90), Exit # at Geneva (Route 14). Go south on Route 14 through Geneva and about 20 miles more. You will see our tasting room on the left. If you are arriving from the south from the Southern Tier Expressway Route 17 (now I-86), Exit # at Elmira Heights to Route 14. Go north on Route 14 through Watkins Glen and about 15 miles more. You will see our tasting room on the right.

6. What are your best wines?
We are firm believers that what you like best is the best for you. Our Riesling, Noble Red, White and Blush wines, taste somewhere between the very dry vinifera varieties we currently offer, Merlot and Chardonnay, and sweeter wines made from hybrid wine varieties, such as Niagara and Renard. They seem to best suit the taste of most consumers. For those who have experienced the joy of ice wine made in the traditional method, we believe that ours, produced from grapes grown on the Niagara Peninsula of Canada and bearing the VQA seal, is one of the finest in the world And we offer two outstanding champagnes.

7. Can I taste your wines before purchasing my personalized wines?
We are sure that you will enjoy all of our fine wines, which can all be tasted, at no charge, at one of our tasting rooms. 8. Can I purchase any personalized wines that do not appear on your wine list?
We constantly strive to meet our customers’ needs and review frequently the wines offered by Noble Vintages. Sometimes we are able to meet a specific request for a wine not appearing on our then current wine list. In any event, we want to hear what you would like as we expand our future offerings.

9. How will my wine be shipped and how long does it normally take?
We ship almost all orders by UPS ground service with delivery within New York State generally occurring within 1-3 days. Although each of our labels is produced and applied to your wine on a one-by-one basis, we ship most orders within 7 business days from the date your order is received and you have approved the label.

10. What happens if you should mislabel my order or bottles are damaged in transit?
We carefully inspect every label before your order is shipped and we only use UPS-approved shippers. As a result, our customers seldom receive a mislabeled or damaged bottle of wine. In the rare event of such an occurrence, we will happily replace your order or provide you with a full refund.

11. Do I have to design my own label and how do I go about that?
Noble Vintages takes great pride in its professionally designed wine labels, which include a label that has been specifically created for use on personalized wines. All you need to do is provide us with your message. We provide some of the more frequently requested messages to satisfy or help stimulate your creation of a personalized message. Our designers are also available to turn your photographs, logos, drawings, etc., into custom labels for you. Of course, you are always welcome to create your own custom labels, with as little or as much assistance from our designers as you desire. 12. How do I pay for my wines?
By law, Noble Vintages must receive full payment for your wines before shipping. We gladly accept all major credit cards.

13. Does your wine contain sulfites?
Sulfur dioxide (SO2) is naturally produced by fermentation, including the fermentation of wine. As is the case with most wineries, we add small amounts of SO2 to help stabilize our wines and to guard against bottle fermentation. All wines contain some sulfites but unlike the United States, not all countries require a sulfite statement on the label.
