Throughout the years, many of our customers, both individual and corporate, have requested that we create personalized and custom labels for a wide variety of their gift-giving and special event needs. Wine alone is a special gift but when adorned with a personal message on a distinctive label, it becomes a unique and memorable way to celebrate life’s special moments. Corporations have used wines carrying a personal greeting along with a corporate logo in promotions, customer retention programs and for employee gifts. There is also a growing demand for personalized and customized labels for the hospitality industry, as well as for charitable and educational institutions.
During 2001, Woodbury Vineyards determined that it could best service this growing demand with a new brand dedicated to delivering direct to its customers fine wines at great price savings, with high-quality personalized and customized labels. Since every label would have to be custom created for a specific customer, these wines would have to be sold directly to the customer by the winery. Thus, Noble Vintages was born-the only wine in New York State that can be purchased only directly from the producing winery and not available in any retail wine and spirits store or on any restaurant wine list.
While relying solely on direct sales to our customers limits the distribution of Noble Vintages wines, very substantial benefits accrue to our customers:
